General Studio Policies
All clients must have a valid credit card on file.
All sales are final, non-refundable, exchangeable, or transferable.
All clients must wear sneakers during Group Fitness Classes and Private Sessions unless otherwise stated.
Group Fitness Class Policies
Classes are subject to change without notice. However, I will always do my best to send an email notification as soon as the change occurs.
All clients must sign in upon arrival.
All clients must have a valid credit card on file. Cash or check will be accepted in lieu of credit card payment upon arrival.
All Group Fitness Classes must rescheduled at least 6 hours prior to the start of class. No shows will incur the loss of the class credit.
No refunds will be issued.
Group Fitness Class packages expire 3 months from the purchase date.
Private Session Policies
All payments for Personal Training sessions are to be made in advance.
I understand that sometimes you may need to reschedule an appointment. I will do my best to accommodate your request. Private Training Sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Late reschedules and no shows will incur a full charge of the session (except under special circumstances or in case of emergency).
Please give me at least 7 days advance notice of any prolonged training absences.
In the event of my unexpected absence, I will contact you as soon as possible. If I am absent due to a case of an emergency you will be contacted as soon as possible to explain the situation and reschedule the session with no penalty to me.
I will provide you with at least 14 days notice for any prolonged absences. I will also discuss alternative personal training arrangements with you.
Private Session 5 and 10 packs expire 3 months from the purchase date.
Private Session 20 packs expire 6 months from the purchase date.
Private Session credits cannot be converted into Duet or Trio Sessions and vice versa.
