This is where our journey begins! Come meet with me in my beautiful riverside studio and let’s get to know one another! During this 45 minute complementary consultation we will first and foremost see if we are a good fit. Then we will discuss your goals and together we will discover what kind of exercise you enjoy and create your soul mate workout. Personal Training 60 Minute Session

If you are looking for optimal results, 60 minute sessions are the way to go! During your session I workout right alongside you asking for and listing to your feedback I truly put the personal in personal training. My sessions are fun, motivating and varied. My goal is for you to feel as though you are working out with one of the girls!

Personal Training 30 Minute Session

Super busy and don’t have an hour to workout? Give me 30 minutes and I will get you results. See me before work, after work, on your lunch break, or whatever time works best for you. Get in, get your sweat on, and get on with your day!
